RecommendedThe Springfield Aspen Dental personnel are informative, capable and I wouldn't consider anywhere else. I went to the Valley River site, and that wasn't my "cup of tea", changed to Springfield Office, and am much happier there. I will recommend this office to ALL of my friends and family.... :)

The whole staff was super friendly and understanding. I went in needing a tooth removed and i was in so much pain that the dentist didn't make me wait she got me squeezed in. I recommend them 100%
I came in for a free X-ray and new patient exam since I have no insurance. I was riddled with anxiety about my teeth since it had been almost 3 years since my last visit to a dentist. The moment I walked in the women at the reception desk instantly made me feel welcome. I had my xrays and I needed some work done right away. I was crying I was so worried about my mouth and they explained everything to me and wanted to get me on track. They’re all about making you have a great happy relaxing experience. The staff at Aspen Dental were very caring and accommodating. I have terrible dental anxiety, and they listened to everything I said with genuine kindness. They made the process much easier to get through.
I was truly scared of the pain I expected after a year of not being able to get regular cleanings. I went to the Springfield, OR Aspen Dental and got a deep periodontal cleaning by Melissa Benzel this morning. Not only did she make sure I had no pain (thoroughly anesthetized), she was quick, efficient and has a wonderful personality, checking in to make sure I was okay throughout and rockin' to 80's hits the whole time!. I would absolutely recommend the Springfield Aspen Dental and especially Melissa as a hygienist for sure!
