Absolutely awful people. Not only was I lied to when booking the appointment, they then lied saying they called me and moved my appointment without any notification, making me miss my appointment. This is an absolutely disgusting predatory company, do not waste your time or money going there.

Bunch of f*cking scammers. Said I had mild gingivitis so refuses to do the cleanings covered by my insurance until I pay them $300 for a “gingivitis flush”. So basically my insurance is useless unless I pay them $300, refusing to let me make an appointment for a cleaning. F*ck this place, waste of f*cking time. Went to Aspen Dental on South Atherton Street in State college. It took about four hours but the actual dentist was polite however she had many assistance and one of them assaulted me. I would advise to either go to a different office or don’t use Aspen Dental at all.

They got me in quickly for an appointment. Took Xrays for free and pulled the teeth causing me pain without making me schedule another appointment. Everyone was very nice and I would definitely recommend.

I went there for a teeth cleaning and instead told to do periodontitis treatment. The treatment was fine, my biggest mistake was that I didn't check the bill before I pay. When I returned home some days later, I checked the bill and found they charged me the electric toothbrush they sold for 150 dollars! and the manager didn't show me its price when she reviewed me the bill! Very expensive! I was quoted $2000 as a copay before they would touch my teeth. I went elsewhere and was immediately treated. So far, my copay is less than 500 and almost all of the work is done.

I had the worst experience the second I walked into this place. The receptionist was extremely rude and it felt like she didn't want me there. I left a question unanswered on the sign up sheet because I wanted some clarification regarding that question but when I tried to clarify it she just asked me the same question again. I was supposed to have a tooth extracted today. Showed up and was told that my appointment was not in their computer yet I was holding my appointment card in hand. First off it took them 3 days to get me in originally for an “emergency appointment”. Once seen my appointment was a week and a half after. An infection set in and spread into my sinuses in the meantime. Well here is my up date from yesterday’s visit to Aspen Dental ( 8/27)... I went in to have a broken tooth looked at and a cavity in my front tooth looked at let’s just say about an hour and a half later my mouth was in ungodly pain the lady who took the x-rays was not that bad but then she said the hygienist was going to come in and just feel around my gums and bone to make sure they were OK ( no poking) well that was a big fat LIE!!!
