The office was extremely clean, and the staff was very good at explaining each step. That is where the satisfaction ended. I was very clear about only needing my one wisdom tooth removed with novocaine, but I was quoted for a root canal, cleaning, 45 minutes of sedation, and other unnecessary charges adding up to 2.8k. (Thanks for the $300 discount, but that was no help). I told them I had just had a cleaning in early June, but they still added that in. I went to Aspen Dental last year. I wanted a nice smile after years of bad teeth and bad dental work. I decided on dentures.. nothing outrageous but nice. I was approved for $3000 financing and needed the balance of $700 to complete. Due to a death in my immediate family and job changes I had to put my work on hold. I wouldn't go back to them again. Some of the staff was nice, but rest were very rude. Also I was there for a cleaning and they were running late, and only did x-rays and told me that I had to come back another day. I feel I was on time, they should of done their job.

I was not happy with my checkup visit took less then 5 minutes. Assistant spent about 2 min. cleaning my implants, did not clean dentures, was no checkup of my gums, did not replace rings in denture for inplants after sitting in chair for 3 more min, then took me up front to pay $97. for a 2 min visit.
I'll never go back, there all about making money. My two grown kids whent to the same place and had the same opinion.
I went to make sure my jaw bone was in good enough shape to start chemotherapy. All they wanted to do was to sell me on non needed work. Delaying my chemotherapy up to 12 weeks. They are a rip off. For profit only. Don't care about the patient. Only money.

I have been a patient of Aspen Dental for many years. Had dentures done by them. I have some issues with breaking of my dentures. Last year I had them repaired twice and relined. They broke again last week and they got me in for a repair very quickly, however they are saying now that I need to have the denture replaced due to teeth worn down. Called my own dentist and he could not take me. I lost a crown off of my front tooth and I was not going anywhere until I could get it put back on. Was disappointed that my own dentist would not take me, call Aspen Dental and they took me in, was never there before and did a great job. You can count on them.
