I felt like they did not want me as a patient. Talking with the receptionist about procedures I needed and pricing, I felt like I was an inconvenience to her, for she answered the office phone about 7 times while talking face to face with me about everything. I left with no appointment or any knowledge about questions I had, due to the dentist being on her lunch break. The girl who checks people in is very much rude and disrespectful and has a really bad attitude I will not be going back there because I have a discount denial plan and she did the discount wrong I called she wanted me to pay more than what I was to pay probably so she could but the rest in her pocket I don't think so and if that is not enough she deleted my email completely off my phone. Stupid jerk
My daughter, Shana had a crown come off and they took her as a new patient very quickly. Already set up her next appointment for cleaning in September. Shana will be self pay and charges are very reasonable.
They say no surprises but there are. Then they leave you a message to call and reschedule your appointment and don't answer phone. They have it set up to call back during normal business hours and it is during their normal business hours when you are calling!!
Be careful. Make sure see a Dentist before you sign any papers. The Office manager leaves a lot to be desired.
