I need to take a minute to sing the praises of the Aspen Dental Camillus staff. As a sour gummy worm addict, I always get nervous visiting the dentist. But the staff at Aspen Dental made me feel right at home. They took the time to answer my questions and explain things in an understandable way. The environment is warm and inviting. Had to have 2 teeth pulled at AD...... The process was as pleasant as they could make it.... Very personable folks!!!!
We love Dr. Wu at this office. She is amazing. When she moved from your Auburn NY office, I followed her. She is a wonderful dentist and a sweet person. So fortunate to have her.
Andy, one of the assistants, is a great personality to have around the office. He is funny and even smiling at 7am when crazy patients schedule Haha. Dr. Wu was helpful and gentle when fixing a small problem with my tooth.
Well it had to happen. Cracked tooth decided to finish the job so ended up at the New and Improved location in Fairmount. Since I hadn't been to a Dentist in a while I left with three less teeth than I had when I got there and a plan for some additional procedures to be done after the first of the year. All in all a terrific experience. Thank you to Dr. Wu, Nina, Melissa, Lori, Lauren, Kim and all else for your efforts.
