The guy at the front desk was rude. My tooth was cracked in half causing a lot of pain and I had to wait over an hour with a scheduled appointment. When I got back the dentist and her assistant were amazing but my crown fell off not even 10 hours after getting it put on and I was so careful. Not happy that after all of that pain I have to go back in to get it put back on

The dentist doesn't know anything. I have a hygienist friend and she told me to not trust them. My denture they made quickly fits like crap. I am heading to a new dentist
Took advantage of an elderly person!!! Haven't been there in almost a year , & Charged them $300 even before seeing them. Said they had no insurance when they clearly did! When said & done $400 to fill 2 teeth! ? They "Said" insurance only paid $100. Whatever U do , "do not take a parent, a child, or yourself there! There are many reputable dentist out there that will take care of people properly. Shame!!!

If there was a minus 10 that is what I would give them. Rude employees! No regard for the patient's care. Be forewarned and stay away.
Very disappointed in patient care. We're very adamant about having procedures done then when I got them done never followed up, or did anything to make sure I was ok. Was like fast food service. Got you in and kicked you out. As a patient your just another file in their cabinet.
Poor customer service. Rude front desk service. I asked politely for an update on my family member. I got the nastiest look. They will never get my business. Those commercials are a joke.
Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist's office. The staff is incredibly rude, the receptionists are ridiculously disrespectful, and their business practices are some of the shadiest I've ever seen. I recommend nobody to go there.
