Worst experiences I've ever had. Every visit(4) I had a billing mistake that took forever to correct. They tried to push more services on customers then they wanted. The last time I had a cleaning there the hygienist broke my one filling and caused such pain. She claimed that nothing happened even though the piece of my filling was in my hand. I've been sitting here for over 2 hours. Nobody has made an effort to help me. I'm in excruciating pain. I'm 7 months pregnant. And every time I ask if they are able to see me, I get an attitude and they tell me no because they haven't received a fax saying I can get an X-ray since I am pregnant. I am EXTREMELY unhappy.
My wife is receiving a bill in the mail in her name,for when our daughter went there,the office visit was supposed to be free,but they are billing her for over a 100.00, so I called about it and was told they can't talk to me because it wasn't my name in the bill,so today I had her call and tell him it is supposed to be free,but after a half hr they said that they had to talk to my daughter,talk about some crap,it's in the wife's name!!!!!!!
For being a walk-in/emergency dentist, it surely seems like they only really care about getting out and being done at 5. You say you care about your patients, then big deal you have to stay over a little bit to help someone out. Your getting paid right? Yes. Doctors of any sort say they're in it to help patients. Hahaha. If anyone goes up for such instances, believe none of it. Emergency my ass.

Good dentist, but THE OFFICE IS MANAGED VERY POORLY! They have canceled 2 of my appointments and one of my son's in a 3 month period. DO NOT BELIEVE THE HOURS ADVERTISED! I work 50 hours a week and run a home and a busy 15 year olds life, so it's hard for me to get time to go to the dentist. They have NO RESPECT FOR THEIR PATIENTS and will cancel an appointment the day before that you made 3 weeks in advance. Everything LOOKS great until they get your loan $ in advance before the work is done.
Aspen Dental is great, but be forewarned if you get your work done thru Care Credit. They will take it upon themselves to add a card security program on your card and you will pay for it!! Your 'fixed payments' will keep inching up and your balance doesn't go down
