Rating Zero!!!!!! So, I called Aspen Dental today due to my son having a root canal and a temp. crown. This is the 3rd temp. crown because when his permanent came in, it was wrong. I talked to Kyle at the front desk to inform him of this and he said "we could put it back in with fixodent" Mind you, this is after financing over $11,000 worth of work. My wife went there for an appointment today, 02/01/2024. Aspen is a provider on our insurance network and as such agrees to provide a free teeth cleaning once a year. She went in for a dental emergency, a broken crown. They tried to tell her she needed their deep cleaning which is above what they negotiated as a provider for insurance. Got me for 2 grand before I did anything now refuses to give money back and I had no dental work done so be aware they will try and get you to sign up for a bunch of unnecessary procedures quote a high list price usually of 2 grand or more , have u sign up for a loan because most insurances won't cover it and then they'll decide to continually bill you and run your credit up by not paying the 2000 back that you never even used . Whatever you do don't pay them up front. Then they don't put your claim through to the insurance. They don't give a shit once they got paid. This has been going on for months.

Scammers. They want to up sell procedures instead of performing necessary work. The Asst Mgr Cindy could care less about my concerns. She was basically telling me there's the door if you don't want to pay for exorbitant dental care which is unnecessary.

Aspen dental @ colony is a scam!!! I went in for 3 concerns, they gave me an estimate of 11k which didn't address any of my concerns! I was there Two hours so they could make 11k of things I did not even inquire about ! They did absolutely no work "because the first visit is just for us to give you an estimate" scam alert!!!!

*Beware of Aspen Dental... it appears they may be preying on seniors with inaccurate assessments of periodontal disease. So I booked dental appointment with Aspen Dental last week and they told me I have periodontal disease and tried to charge me $1700 (with insurance) for a deep cleaning. I've always had perfect checkups and always raving reviews from my previous dentist... even my last cleaning 7 months ago no signs of gingivitis, nothing! I went to Aspen Dental looking for a new dentist who took my UHC insurance. They took full mouth x-rays and everything looked okay until the hygienist took depth readings and told me I had gum disease and needed expensive and painful SRP (scaling and root planing) every 4 months for the rest of my life!! I brush and floss everyday and I know my gums are healthy. The kicker is that I also needed to get a crown done and they wouldn't do any other work on me unless I agreed to get the SRP; that's when I knew it was a SCAM! Stay... read more

My experience was ok. My dad,however, was asked to pay 6,000 dollars for a crown. The highest I have ever heard of is $2000. They are basically trying to take advantage of people here. What a joke! It's unfortunate that you have to leave the villages to get things done.
