Needed 6 month check up. Was listed as a recipient of my insurance. Was unable to contact by phone so made an appointment on line. No place to enter insurance info, Went to appointment, asked her about my insurance, said " I don't know, will have to call". I told her I would not go in for appointment until I was sure they took my insurance. She finally called, but then said I was now "late". Do not waste your time at this facility located at 330 Colony Boulevard, The Villages, FL. They require an initial visit to establish you as a new patient. They will take numerous x-rays and scans. Then you will meet with a tech who assesses your dental health and recommends a course of treatment to the dentist. The dentist (Anhtuan Nguyen) meets with you for approximately 2 minute and confirms the tech's assessment. The dentist didn't even actually look at my teeth! Aspen Dental is The Most Unprofessional operation I have ever seen. I questioned them on my mother in laws ( who is 96 years old with dementia )insurance, gave them a copy of her insurance card, and they assured me they accepted it, so I made an appointment for her to go through their whole show of X-rays and exam and all the other nonsense they want to put you through before they will even schedule a cleaning.
