Aspen Dental is The Most Unprofessional operation I have ever seen. I questioned them on my mother in laws ( who is 96 years old with dementia )insurance, gave them a copy of her insurance card, and they assured me they accepted it, so I made an appointment for her to go through their whole show of X-rays and exam and all the other nonsense they want to put you through before they will even schedule a cleaning.
