I think it is important for people to know the quality of service they can expect to receive in this clinic. I needed an appointment to have a tooth that had a previous root canal extracted as it had become very sensitive, painful and I had a fever. Aspen will scam you out of your money! Took my son for a cleaning and they demanded 170.00 up front stating my insurance wouldn't cover- that was a lie I called my ins. from the waiting room and they said Aspen never contacted them. Terrible experience. i walked out during the treatment plan foolishness. What they don't tell you as a new patient, that the "consultation" is x-rays and nothing more.. and counts towards your out of pocket max (269.00) with zero done. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time there!!!!

The front desk gals are pleasant enough, but I had to wait almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. And after a brief exam, I was ushered into the business office, where I was hustled for $1400 (of which $1000 was financed) just to get a return appointment for an implant. This was in addition to my $1000 insurance benefit! WARNING TO NEW CUSTOMERS. PLEASE AVOID ASPEN. They will scam you at Aspen dental Titusville. I only wanted annual cleaning, which is covered by my insurance 100%. First, they will insist that they do x-rays and then evaluate your teeth to see what needs to be done. I'm sorry to report. Aspen is a gold digging operation. I was looking for a yearly cleaning that is always covered by my insurance. I moved from south FL. and I'm doe for my cleaning. Well, this characters got me a next day appointment and got me for $166.00 Dollars out of pocket and a list of $2,540.00 Dollars denial work required. AND NO CLEANING!!!! Stay AWAY!!!

This office is totally dishonorable!!!! I paid upfront in full for my several procedures that were needed. Each time I went in I was told I owed more!
