Pulled a bad tooth. Staff were pros. I did get the feeling they wanted to upsell me on a deep cleaning when I have never needed one before. Other that, they were fine.

Dr. Sam and his MA, Freida were great. Very attentive and friendly. Got initial appointment quickly for a broken molar and they were able to get me in later that day for an extraction. Dental work is expensive and they wanted payment up front, which was ok in my case as I didn't want to hang out after getting sutures. Never waited more than 10 minutes after arrival for all 4 appointments (initial exam, extraction, suture removal, & deep cleaning).

Whooohooo!! Open on a Saturday!! I am beyond grateful that they are!! Front desk gentleman so nice, my hygienist was very nice!!

The actual Care I think, was good. Dental staff was very nice. It was the office/billing that was so terrible! They tell you something is gonna cost something and your insurance is gonna pay something, and then you pay your part. A month later you are shocked to get a huge bill in the mail! Not only that, I also experienced them scheduling me before my insurance allowed and therefore I ended up paying full price without any insurance due to their error! This is 1st worst experience I ever had!! I have braces and at my last appointment I was informed by hygienist that me having braces with wires would be ok!! So when I walked in for my cleaning when it goes to shit!! Another hygienist wasn't happy that I had wires on!! I explained that the last one told me it was ok!! I was pressured into agreeing to more work done than I could afford and was tricked into signing for it. I wound up being charged over twice the amount I agreed to pay. When they had me sign electronically, the amount I agreed to pay only showed $453.00 on the computer screen. They later "corrected" the amount to $853.00 without getting my permission. If I could give zero stars I would. 1) I was hit with a barage of Xrays, when I just had Xrays 6 months ago. They didn't ask for the prior records 2) I am 61 years old and have no cavilites or fillings. I have all my teeth and like anyone my age I have mild gum recession. Of course They call it periodontal disease and they recommend a deep cleaning. I dont want a deep cleaning now because I cant afford it.
