Recommendedwent in to get my top teeth out I had an issue with my sinus so they left a couple teeth for the oral surgeon after the he'd broke them off at the gum line. The clerk made an error, by NOT DOING HER JOB. I paid my bill in cash in full, I have requested several times to speak to her supervisor, the supervisor has not returned any of my calls, they are screwing with my credit. they know they are in the wrong. they "FOUND" documentation from Jan 2022 and used it in Dec 2022, WITHOUT my permission, the employee DID NOT verify the info, but she WAS advised I was a cash customer with no insurance. after 2 hours and only 4 xrays taken. I was told I could not get a regular cleaning done due to two bits of plaque between 2 back teeth and I needed to come back for periodontal cleaning. per the xrays the plaque was above the gum line. and was quoted $2000 for treatment. I'm a retired registered dental assistant of over 20+ years. and just had a cleaning done 6 months ago.
