They were friendly . 1 thing I did not like was I had a 9:30 appointment. Filled out my paperwork and it was at least an hour to to be seen. then they did xrays and stuck you in a room to wait with no explanation of why and how long of a wait it would be. I liked the doctor and the prices but I went in at 9:30 and it was 12:30 before I got out of there. 3 hours for a visit that should have taken an hour an a half .

I would absolutely recommend Aspen Dental. I have avoided the dentist for years after a bad situation but I had no choice to go today. The staff was thoughtful, very smart, kind, and explained everything that I needed to know fully and with patience. I was there for better part of the morning and treated so well. I have a fair amount of work that will need to be done as I go along and I am not dreading it now as long as it is at Aspen Dental. Lovely surroundings as well.
