I have been going here for over a year. I have to drive over an hour to get there. Today I was told i had a balance mind you ive been going there for a long time. No email no phone call nothing. I called to make an appt. Nothing about a balance. Always told I had a credit. I told them how much pain I was in. I get there and was told i was not going to be seen. Save your self time and money! This place sucks! I had seen my regular dentist 4 weeks prior to having to go here for an emergency. I schedule an emergency apt and on the day of they sent me an email to reschedule it - first impression. Then they made me wait in my car for 45mins before seeing me and I arrived 15 early as they requested. I then offered my last set of xrays they said no they would take their own.
