I honestly don't even know where to begin with this place, in my book it gets zero stars not one. I had nothing but multiple scheduling errors when I came into the office just to be sent home, billing errors and disrespect from staff. All I can say really is to avoid this place at all cost. They don't stand behind their work, try to upsell you on everything, and have to be one of the most expensive dentist I have ever gone to. I have been going here for over a year. I have to drive over an hour to get there. Today I was told i had a balance mind you ive been going there for a long time. No email no phone call nothing. I called to make an appt. Nothing about a balance. Always told I had a credit. I told them how much pain I was in. I get there and was told i was not going to be seen. Save your self time and money! This place sucks! I had seen my regular dentist 4 weeks prior to having to go here for an emergency. I schedule an emergency apt and on the day of they sent me an email to reschedule it - first impression. Then they made me wait in my car for 45mins before seeing me and I arrived 15 early as they requested. I then offered my last set of xrays they said no they would take their own.
