I had a great experience don't know why the reviews are so negative. The only down side is wait time otherwise the doctor, assistants and front desk is great!

Don't do it. I went to them for a new denture and dropped a good amount of money but was expecting that. I got them yesterday and didn't get a lot of time to see if the fit was correct. I was told wear them for 48 hrs then we'll see you for any more corrections. Well I couldn't even make it 24 hrs. By that same night I had painful sores and wasn't able to eat a single thing. Worst experience ever had! I went in for exam last week Dr Nabut did exam explaining everything. I scheduled my first appointment today. I went in was taken back had impressions. After that I was told they can't do it! I was told the Dr should have had the technician look before saying it could be done. On top of that asked to speak to doctor I saw and was informed she was no longer there! I had my money refunded and left! Not very good service at all! You expect professional advice and it's been a waste of my time.

On August 31, 2024 I made an appointment for the FREE EXAM WITH COMPREHENSIVE X-RAYS as advertised during the entire summer. We confirmed that it was free at the time I made the phone call and also at check in. On November 12th I received the first statement of charges. I called right away, they told me because I had an insurance card, they charged me! This was my 3rd choice for an estimate before choosing a practice. Aspens estimate was well over 4 grand! I had the worst dental cleaning in my entire life and I am 73 years old. Right after the so called cleaning I could still feel plaque behind my lower front teeth and usually I experience a very smooth and clean sensation when my tongue goes over the teeth. I mentioned this to the hygienist who raved that she was the best and in my opinion she is careless and incompetent! I still can see plaque between my front teeth!!!! Everyone in the office is very nice. However, it is very disappointing to see how every time they discuss the bill, they add all sorts of extra charges. It was so upsetting that they wanted $1,500 for a tartar removal treatment, which it is not covered until next year, but would not clean my teeth which is covered. I made the mistake of booking here because it was the earliest I could get. Everyone was wonderful until I reached the end, which is speaking to front office managers for payment. By no means did I think insurance was covering my x rays and exam it never fully covers it but I still had to pay $100, and I couldn't even get a cleaning! They told me I had gingivitis and that they need to do a special clean and I cannot be quoted a regular clean because I'm not considered healthy. I went to Aspen Dental today for a simple cleaning. Instead I received a new patient exam, X-rays and told I need $7000 worth of work. This was after the lady told me my teeth are in great shape, gums looks great as well. I specifically said I DO NOT want a deep cleaning.
