They overcharged me by 400.00 . They charged 968.00 dollars for a plate with a 7 year warranty that I did not want a tooth fell out and they billed my insurance company. I've been trying to get them to make the cheaper plate but their computer system and phone systems were hack in April and they would call me back. I ended up in the hospital now they don't want to do anything. They charge your insurance company even when it's their fault. Look up aspen dental law suits. My radiology/oncology team recommended Aspen Dental for my teeth cleaning. I typically do not request special treatment, but I found out that radiation is very damaging to teeth and gums. My overall oral health during radiation is very critical during this time in my life. I am recovering from a recent tonsillectomy and will start combo treatments of chemo and radiation for metastatic neck cancer next week. I am just starting to see the effects of bad dentistry. I had crowns put in but on several teeth they grinder them down too far so my crowns keep coming off. now I have to do implants.

I got my wisdom tooth takin out and expressed multiple times to the nurse that I didn't want to be awake for the procedure I'm to scared and the nurse repeatedly said "no your fine stop working it up" I was only prescribed Advil nothing else to help with anything the nurse has absolute HORRIBLE bedside manners. Honestly didn't want to even give the 1 star the nurse needs to learn to be a human being

I found out today that a phone call I made last year to this office to enquire about a second 2021 tooth cleaning, which I did not take because it was not covered by insurance, was written as an agreed appointment on my behalf., and a missed appointment. I tell you... I am amazed as to how abusive this company is. I am taking my teeth somewhere else.

I'm giving two stars cause Amanda started good... Ended ugly.and Gigi seems very true to trying to help patients. My technician took it upon herself to totally reconstruct my lowers...the ones I told her I had no problems with other than I wanted them a little bit tighter. I honestly don't even know where to begin with this place, in my book it gets zero stars not one. I had nothing but multiple scheduling errors when I came into the office just to be sent home, billing errors and disrespect from staff. All I can say really is to avoid this place at all cost. They don't stand behind their work, try to upsell you on everything, and have to be one of the most expensive dentist I have ever gone to. Save your self time and money! This place sucks! I had seen my regular dentist 4 weeks prior to having to go here for an emergency. I schedule an emergency apt and on the day of they sent me an email to reschedule it - first impression. Then they made me wait in my car for 45mins before seeing me and I arrived 15 early as they requested. I then offered my last set of xrays they said no they would take their own.
