Becky is the best dental hygienist! The Troy location is not close to me at all but I will drive the extra distance to see her, it's worth it!
I was in need of a tooth to be pulled and no one would help me until I called Aspin dental they got me right in sat down with my husband and I made a plain and took very good care of me had the tooth out the very next day and all the Staff was very caring
First appointment I waited two hours after x Rays to complete exam. I had to reschedule to finish my new patient exam, never offered a cleaning just moved onto what I needed done. They were very apologetic and all of the staff I dealt with were very friendly.
My appointment was at 2:45 pm and I arrived about 20 minutes early. I got in right away without having to wait. All the office workers and dental assistants were very nice and answered all of my questions. My only complaint is that they will not accept payments. I am a 21 year old college student and need to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out now and not letting me do payments is very difficult for me. needed new upper plate got me in next day new uppers 4days later that included week end .all staff was very helpful. I would recommend aspen to everyone.
