My appointment was at 4:45 I was there for 1 hour before seeing the doctor=the next time I go I WILL NOT PAY BEFORE SEEING SOMEONE =This way I can just walk out if I am not seen on time=there was a girl at her desk I ask if they had forgotten me she replied no they are just busy I will let them know this was while she was on her CELL PHONE =by the way this was just a check up that only took 5 min

I called and stated I wanted just a cleaning and nothing else. They set the appointed and I waited 15 min. They then came in and said they needed to take x-rays and I agreed. I was then put in a chair and waited 20 or more min. and a hygienist came in and checked me and she said aa dentist would come in. I again waited and the dentist talked with me. Nice looking office but their prices.....whoa doggie!
Staff were rude and have no compassion for people's pain tolerance. Staff would stand off and make side comments and facial gestures. For someone who can have fillings and even root canals done without Novacaine the pain must be bad. What did they do nothing? The hospital we had to go to recommended what and how the meds should be taken, however the doc here wouldn't comply with hospital recommendations Needless to say it's been more then enough time for things to be feeling better and they're not.
