Great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy there jobs and being there. I was treated with kindness and respect and did not feel uncared for. Great office and people!
Entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Wait was short. They were very up front on pricing w a price quote guarantee. Be sure to look over treatment plan carefully bc there are probably a couple elective non essential services added in for the upscale but all procedures are priced individually so you may choose what you feel is important and work from there. Facility is very modern and clean. Dr Modi was very professional as well as personable.
My mom has been going here and recently she had problems with her crown and found out that they did not fix her crown correctly. They refused to fix the mistake and made her pay more to look at it. She has complained multiple times about it. She also got her Invisalign put on here and now she’s getting sores on her mouth because they didn’t put it on correctly! I come there back and forth for my crown processing and I still don’t have it right way!! Now when the day I come back to get permanent one I’ve received that they still haven’t got the delivery package from FedEx and why they wait until the day of my appointment to let me know and couldn’t show me anything to prove about that, not make sense !!? I now have no clue when I have the answers for my service. Bad experience!!
This location has no idea how to serve or take care of their clients. First of all during the visit the person that greeted me was beyond rude. Then after my tooth extraction they basically let me out not knowing who will drive me as i wasn’t fit to drive right after. Then months later i found out i owed them money but that’s because they ran my insurance incorrectly. Two months its still incorrect, these are basic skills that they should have and they don’t. They lost me as a client for sure.
Went here for a single root canal and some cavities filled. Was told a whopping 6000 dollars! I know had 2 cavities bc a few months ago my original dentist told me. Aspen said i had 9 cavities and all this other work done. Same bs they pulled on a friend that went there saying she needed all this work done and she ended up getting a 2nd opinion ( wish my stupid ass would have done that) and come to find out she didn't even need half the stuff they told her. Very unprofessional and Shady. I made my son an appt. when I called the 2 lady's I talked to were nice. well that all changed as soon as my son stepped foot into Aspen Dental in Troy. I would not recommend this place for your dental work. Staff here is very rude, and they do not take the responsibility of their mistakes. Two years ago, I took my mother for denture work. The procedure took about 2 months to get her denture that we wanted to purchase with 7-year warranty. When the time came to deliver dentures, one of the nurses told me that I did not pay for the “Confy” (7-year warranty) dentures.
