Good experience for a first visit. Staff were professional and courteous and showed genuine concern for my 95 yr old dad who had broken his denture. Wait time and costs were ok. My only negative comment was that when we returned to pick up the repaired denture, the receptionist had me to sign in and be seated. After 30 minutes, I approached the desk only to learn that the repaired denture was at the front desk and could have been picked up when I first arrived. My experience at aspen dental was great! The staff was so kind and caring. It makes a difference! The only thing I would recommend to new patients is to get a detailed health plan printed before paying anything. They can slip things in there like a $135 tooth brush! And really that's our job to notice and to a be a responsible consumer! I will go back! (Hopefully I won't need to tho! )
