Seems like I always get a trainee. Employees were pleasant but nobody knows what the heck they’re doing

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE I PAID TO GET A BROKEN WISDOM TOOTH THAT WAS ALSO LOOSE CAUSING ALOT OF PAIN. ONLY TO GET HOME AND NOTICE THAT I STILL HAVE THAT SAME TOOTH IN MY MOUTH THAT I JUST PAID TO HAVE REMOVED. CAN YOU BELEIVE A PERFESSIONAL DENTIST PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH LOL.. I went to have my teeth pulled and dr Garcia didn’t numb me all the way and when I told her I could still feel it she still continued to pull my tooth with me hollering and asking her to quit…I would NEVER recommend this one to anyone!

Make sure you get everything in writing with this place. A dentist saw me 4 times as follow ups for the same problem after a filling was done by him. He then referred me out and stated he would get the billing written off. Fast forward a week or two later I get a text saying I owe the money for it. I call the office there are no notes about the write off. This is the worst customer service ever. Whitney has promiced to speak with the dentist and to see if he admits to it and hopefully ask why it was not noted.

Fuck Aspen Dental in Tullahoma. I didn't get teeth pulled. They kept doing sneaky shit, then in order to get sedated (they super wanted to do it without sedation) I have to pay 1800 before middle of next month in order to be sedated. AFTER insurance and care credit. I went in for ONE tooth. They said best they can do is numb me and give me a Valium. RecommendedI moved to the area just as covid-19 hit hard.. and was nervous about dental work anyway. Nikita and Kaley put my mind at ease and did a great job getting me a treatment plan, and everything scheduled. What a great team!
