I went to Aspen Dental because I had a crown that came off, I had a flight to catch the next day, and their ad said they did emergency dental care. When I arrived I was told I would have a wait, and they immediately collected $19 for x-rays. When I was seen bu the dentist, we agreed I would need the tooth pulled. I then had to get out of the chair, go to the office and pay for the extraction, then they would proceed. I had an appointment at 11:45. I printed out my paper work had it all filled out when I arrived. Was told I had to pay 19.00 for the exam up front. When I was called back I had full x-rays done an taken to a room. Now by this time it is 12:30. In this room they have a tv for your viewing while you wait. I could hear the dental hygienist in the room next to mine talking to the patient, when she came in to check my teeth she told me the same thing she told him. All I wanted was to have a tooth pulled. *****BEWARE ******** Aspen Dental Went to this place as I have a toothache and stayed 3 hours....had xrays and exam nothing else...Left still in pain and $172.00 poorer for a procedure not even performed yet. Exam and xrays are 100% paid for by my dental insurance by the way. Called to have my money refunded and they will not refund my money until Insurance pays!!! What a crock! I have reported them to the BBB and now I will seek an Attorneys advice...Senseless non caring dental office....BEWARE!
By far the worst dentist we have been to. Wait times are very long and they lose track of paperwork. We will never use Aspen Dental again.

My mother has had an awful time with these people. Sores in her mouth and teeth that don’t fit. She says they hurt so bad she can’t even wear them. And they put someone else’s procedure on her account. And still haven’t made her new teeth. Do not go here.

The wait time is horrible and I had dentures made and have a sore spot on the bottoms and been back 3 times and still have a sore called today to see if I could come in today the earliest they can see me is in 2 days so suffer with the sore they say call if you have problems well you call and they can't see you I am not satisfied with them lately they are pleasant.

I went in for a consultation and was very displeased with the whole experience. The wait time was ridiculous, I was rushed through x-rays, then thoroughly angered by the "dentist". After barely glancing at the x-rays she advised me my best option would be dentures! Not a week prior I went for a consult with thorough x-rays at Castle and was advised all but two of my rear molars were able to be repaired with only 1 of those repairs requiring a crown.
