Very disappointed in this Dental office. I sent my husband there because he was in serious pain, clearly had an infection in his mouth, and needed antibiotics. Rather than ask him to rate his pain, they asked him to rate his smile... then proceeded to show him ridiculous Invisalign videos. My husband went there because he was hurting, not because he wanted, at that moment, to improve his smile. Giving him antibiotics was an afterthought. maybe not rip people off in their dental plan for partials and make someone pay 4,000 more dollars when it was never talked about in the first place. I'm getting a lawyer.

I haven't ever really talked about one of the worst things about my Autoimmune diseases. Today I'm going to do that because I've had a great experience from a great staff and they need to shine. My fibromyalgia, sjogerns syndrome and Lupus along with some of the medications left my teeth a mess. They started to dry rot and would just break off out of no where. So this has been the worst experience of my life. So I picked them thinking this would be a good place to go but I was wrong. I paid these people over 2000 dollars for a dental plan that has been somehow overpaid 220 dollars because the math was messed up multiple times. The actual oral surgery was ok but I had went in today for an extraction, scaling and a filling which the filling is not finished as the tooth still has a chip in it. I went to get an estimate on what dentures would cost , decided not to go with Aspen Dental after reading there reviews and they're cost was to high. hear a month later we still have a $3,400 charge to our card for Services we never got and I'll have called and called and called and just get BS and the runaround when trying to get ahold of the office manager to get it credit to back I'm going to have to take a legal actions against them since they refused to speak to me I highly recommend that you do not go to this place eve... read more

Not very friendly. No sense of urgency ever. The after hours “emergency” number does not work. No answer and no return phone call. I tried several times. The dentist is very personable but most of the staff, not so much.

The dentist there didn't care about my thoughts or needs. Seemed to be only after money, a return patient. When I made the appointment I specifically asked for something and he completely ignored it. Was rude as well.

Hire better staff. They close at 12 on Friday so why was I told 2:00? Not very happy. I will be calling on Monday to talk to the office manager.
