WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!! They will leave you looking like this!! It was originally supposed to be a bridge. The second time i came in the so called dentist(Dr. Alex) talked me into getting a root canal to “save” the tooth. A year later and my tooth is gone. NEVER GO HERE!!!! Just a year ago i got a root canal procedure done when the original plan was to just pull the tooth and to get a bridge. They talked me into getting a root canal and a crown. A year later the crown has fallen off and because they chiseled away at the original tooth so much it’s probably not gonna be able to re-cemented!! They also lied and said my insurance would cover most of the procedure because they “called and spoke with them”.. lies! I am so angry by the "greed". First of all, their were a lot of ladies involved in what could be done by one. The dental hygienist had an entourage and not once looked in my mouth. After she left the dentist came in and said pretty much the same thing as the hygienist and she never looked in my mouth either, she based it all on x-rays? THEN, i met the "office manager" (the guy who explains how much they will be over charging you for your dental work) I was told that what i needed done would be $16,000.00. 😳 He was going to ... read more

I had a tooth extraction yesterday I'm currently on about 2000 mg of ibuprofen mixed with Tylenol and I tried to call the office today the girl said they couldn't see me till Monday the doctor on call was from the wrong office so FYI if you like living in pain and go ahead and use this dentist in the meantime I'm going to continue to take Ibuprofen and if anything to get rid of this pain will never ever use this dental office again

Please look at google reviews, Aspen Dental is the absolute worse place to go. They charge you an insane amount of money and talk you into services you don’t even need. I ended up having to go to another dentist and they did their best to fix what aspen dental messed up but the damage is already done
I do not recommend anyone using his office due to the office staff. They give you a bill that is not accurate. I am getting my attorney.

Dentists five moths out of school and every time, they messed up, stuff kept falling back out til finally the boss, Dr Williams finally redid it all and the fillings stayed in! Awful! He is the inly experienced one there, from what I could tell. And they are expensive.

Their billing department is negligent and does not file claims in a timely fashion. They waited over one full year to file insurance claims so the insurance is no longer obligated to pay. I would not recommend this office. As of now I’m out almost $10,000 unless they do the right thing and zero out my account since they failed at their job!

every time I make a visit it cost me a fortune. My first visit it cost me $800+ with my dental insurance... second visit they told me it would be $3400 with my dental insurance and that I can get finance thru them for payments.. thrid visit it was $100+ and then have to be referred to another place which is gonna cost another $200.... plus I don't remember going to the dentist being this painful... they're pretty rough cleaning out my teeth...
