aspen dental refuses to finish work that's paid for
I went to get 2 teeth pulled. They said that all my bottom teeth dentures 2 upper wisdom teeth & tori removal. The finance office gave me a total & financed it. What they did was pull one wisdom tooth & bottom teeth. They saw me the next day after pulling teeth. My gums got infected after 10 days. They refused to see me until my next appt 18 days later. Guarantees are worthless. Had to purchase a brand new set of dentures because theirs never fit. Return trip after trip and they were never right. Thank god I finally got the right ones elsewhere. VERY EXPENSIVE lesson but I warn everyone I can.
I made an appointment for a cleaning and they cancelled on me twice. I chose this place specifically because of the flexible hours and to have more than one scheduling issue just to get me in is really sketchy. I took my business elsewhere.
They are the worst. First they rushed through the procedure, Then talked us into pulling teeth that didn’t hurt, And now she has a dry socket and since they did two procedures in three weeks they cannot prescribe any more pain meds because people abuse them so all she gets now is ibuprofen. Thanks for nothing.
Well I woke up today thinking I was going to go get my new partial but no again they changed my appointment without telling me
It has taken me weeks to put my experience with Aspen into words. This started as a positive experience, everyone was so friendly and compassionate. I have dentophobia from bad experiences as a child, so before choosing Aspen I met with a coordinator who explained the process from start to finish and listened intently as I described my anxiety. i went to aspen dental at 71st street tulsa with what started as a very positive experience. they then failed with follow through any time i needed them. i got extractions and a temporary denture. i didn't know how to put it back in. so when i did i used too much adhesive and placed it on raw gums. when i pulled it out i also pulled sutures. i bled for three days without the call back i had requested. i still returned for my next appointment! i had two posts (for crowns) surgically implanted. less than a week later and they ... read more
I never review businesses online or on social media, but sometimes you've got to say something. My appointment was at 4:15 for a teeth cleaning and after two hours of mostly waiting around, very painful x-rays taken with outdated equipment that was falling apart (I have cuts and bruising inside my mouth), apologies from a very nice tech whose gloves smelled like they had been not been changed in a few hours, and a hygienist who sloppily measured my gums and told me I need a cleaning (the reason I came in), the dentist came i... read more
