I Do Not recommend Aspen Dental!! Here is what I went through....I scheduled an appointment for today at 4:45 at the 41st location in tulsa. I have a tooth that broke off and in pain and all I wanted to do was get the tooth pulled. I get to the location, hand in my paperwork and the receptionist says "Oh we don't have you down for today, it looks like the online scheduling put you in for next Thursday" REALLY????? First time visiting Aspen Dental and it will be my last! I sat and waited almost an hour to be seen. Another patient came in and was immediately called back. When I told the receptionist her response was they were down to one dental assistant. I can understand that, but why was another patient who came in after me called back first? Makes absolutely no sense! As a first time patient who had my paper work filled out prior to the appointment, you would think that I would be given some sort of priority. I wish I could say that I had a wonderful experience but sadly unable to. For the past year I've lived a saga of attempting to have implants for my front four teeth. Each time I had infections. I won't go into detail, but initially Dr Williams was very positive about placing my implants and me having a great smile . At first it was grateful going to get al dental work done at once. Ya they find out how much you have to spend and get everything under that amount. They don't tell you your getting their cheapest dentures that only have a one year warranty and after that one year teeth will start falling out of the dentures or that it will cost $104.00 to have tooth put back in. At least that $300 denture place gives you a 3 year warranty
Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
The worst dentist I've ever been to. He didnt have time to look at my x-rays. I lost 3 teeth one tooth was a healty tooth. Took 16 months to get my new partial. My 4th partial at that. Not happy with this 4th one. I'll live with this till next year. I will find another dentist that knows what their doing
Omg I am so glad I came across this clinic! I originally went to broken arrow location where I was refereed by a family member and felt the front office staff was rude so came to this location. Best decision I could make!!! Office staff is super nice, DR. ALEX is super nice. I had super bad teeth and was embarrassed but they made me feel very comfortable! And Mishala is just AmAzInG!!! I would go back just BC she's there!!!
Aspen Dental is one of the most amazing , respectable place I have ever been. There is no other dental office Like Aspen . Dr. Alexander and his staff they are wonderful and very caring and concerning about their patients .
