RecommendedIt was easy to arrange an appointment to evaluate my dental needs. That evaluation was thorough with x-rays, an exam and a discussion of my options with Dr Lee and the person who developed a finance plan.
Worst dental experience ever! Took my husband there for a broken tooth with an appointment for an extraction. Made it clear that we had to receive care today because we would be traveling over an hour to be seen. They took x-rays, then the dentist comes in, doesn't even introduce himself, says open your mouth, grabs my husband's jaw, twists left & right (hitting the exposed nerve in his mouth) & still saying nothing, walks out. never I am now having to pay 18.000 out of pocket to fix the damage ASPEN caused I have to have a sinus lift to have bone grafts to re add the bone ASPEN removed just to wear dentures. Provide an after hours emergency number where you can actually get some help. My wife called and was told they could not help her because they do not handle the after hours calls for the Vancouver, WA. office. Not professional at all.
Misquoted after exam and charged credit card immediately? Mis-steps all along the way! Delays and always changing costs for partial and bridge! Watch out for these guys!
I am so glad I only went to Aspen Dental one time. I felt like I was just another patient with potential money, money, money for them. I was given two options, three root canals or just extractions/partials. Three root canals for $7,000 WITH my insurance. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE. I would give this place no stars if possible. 1.5 weeks before my appointment, I completed the online patient forms as instructed including both my primary and secondary insurance, my contact information, and all the pertinent social security numbers. I arrived at 4pm, exactly 15 mins prior to my 4:15 appointment as instructed. Any dentist that can’t treat someone in dire pain because they can’t get a breakdown of what the ins will pay should not be in business. My daughter went in and she’s fully insured. X rays were taken(very unprofessionally I might add) and they said there is an issue with her tooth but would call her Monday after they find out what insurance will pay. Don’t go here they don’t care about you they just care about what your insurance will pay.
