With our busy lives, no one has the time to be left sitting for 40 minutes after being brought in to the office and seated in the dental chair. No one said a word or apologized for the length of time that I sat there except the receptionist who had nothing to do with it as I was leaving. Looking for a new dentist office. If you show up 40 minutes late your appointment is gone.
Got an appointment quickly. Staff was very knowledgeable however, the prices are higher than other places. Seemed alittle pushy to sign up for credit options. They do explain the procedures but everything is at extra costs.
Went in for a cleaning but had to endure an incompetent x-ray tech (lots of 're-takes'), the doc who decided I needed a new filling AND a crown, then the hygienist who left a list of $3000 worth of 'necessary' treatments--including a $110 toothbrush. All in all a lousy experience. And my teeth STILL need cleaning. I will NOT be going back.
Loved Aspen until the double billed me for 4 bite wing x-rays. Told me my insurance wouldn't cover them, I paid for them and now I find out the insurance covered! Will not refund my money! Complete crooks!
