This place is a joke.
I have high regards for Aspen Dental. The staff and dentist are very Professional. I will go back when needed. I have had my full dentures For 7 years and it is time for a replacement. Will see what my options are. Thank you Aspen Dental. Donald johnson

Do not waste your time. In massive pain I call this place and get a same day appointment. Advertised free exam and X Ray for new customers. When I arrived they asked when my last dental x rays were. When they found out it was 1 & 1/2 years ago they wanted to instead get those from my previous dentist. Despite the fact I’ve had extractions after. I got very ill catching what ever the whole place had was sick for 1 i/2 weeks called to set up an appointment was told the manager would call me ? No call called back manager would call there was no one in the place who could do my false teeth in the place ? I paid about $2,000.00 no teeth no money ? I asked for a refund was told the manager would call me back . ????? no call back yet No answer at the place when I call ?????

This place sucks. Took all my money up front to remove all my teeth and did impressions know my history of blood pressure. On big day I was refused to have procedure done due to blood pressure. I had to line up sitters and people take time off for this and this was only time I can have it done. Never go here. All they want is your money first then fuck you once they get your money
The biggest most dishonest company I have found. Pulled my teeth because they said they were Beyond repair gave me dentures that broke. they refunded my insurance company now they are going after my secondary insurance company to have them pay for the Dentures I don't even have. I have a new dentist who look at my x-rays and have no clue why my teeth needed to be pulled and I keep her fine said I just needed cap.
