I went in to establish myself as a new patient, and I ended up leaving almost two hours later without even a cleaning or an appointment for one. They are up front about only doing an initial check during the first appointment, but I didn't expect an hour wait to get in and then another 25 minutes (ended up just leaving) waiting for the office manager to schedule the actual cleaning.
Stay away. Left in excruciating pain and was told to call back in two days if it was still bad. Awful customer service, also.
Very disrespectful. No respect for appointment times. Unprofessional and very poor customer service.
