Went here yesterday because I had been experience tooth pain for the last five days. I was at the office for a total of 2.5 hours, and in total I got to speak with a dentist about my issue for 4 minutes. During the rest of the time there I was being sold on other services, and the staff seemed to have absolutely no care on the tooth pain, the actual reason for my visit. Very unsatisfied with my experience. They use scare tactics to get your money. I was told several times I would lose my teeth if I didn’t get a procedure done. I was told it would be covered by insurance. About two weeks later I was sent a bill for hundreds of dollars due to my insurance has no coverage for this procedure even though I was told it was good to go and would cover. Now 5 months later a whole new bill is sent to me and gives me a week to pay even though I was told the first bill was the entirety of what is owed.... read more

Hidden fees, make sure you know exactly what you're paying for before you sign anything. I signed a paper to pay for my cleaning and I ended up paying $135 for a toothbrush...

I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist office. After having a bad experiences and being very terrified to even go to the dentist. Every single person who works there is kind, friendly, professional, and just amazing. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you walk and out. The only thing was wrong I called the on called Doctor and told him how bad I was having mouth pain he act like he didn't care. They don't work with everyone's budget as they claim. Staff was very pleasant but when it came to helping out financially' they were absolutely no help what so ever.

They are known for trying to get patients to purchase extra services that are not covered and are major profit points for them. Avoid at all costs!
