WORST experience ever!!!! Took my husband yesterday- he needs an extraction. One extraction. He’s in serious pain. I don’t remember what I googled to land me on Aspen Dental - but that’s where we went. They’re MAJOR scam artists- DO NOT GO!!! Even with a painful, emergency situation, when you set up the appointment they do a consultation that’s free. Fine. Front desk associate was scrolling through Facebook instead of getting us our paperwork, ignored by staff when first arrived (took them an hour to acknowledge our presence) and are grossly overpriced. Don't understand how I was able to verify that my husband had dental coverage, but the medical professional could not. And fix your answering service! All you can do is leave a message and no one calls you back.
AWFUL experience! Officer manager was the absolute worst and if you question anything they say or complain of pain it will “upset them” and they will call and remove you as a patient completely.

I went there for "one thing" and one thing only; I had a back molar that needed to be pulled. A side filling had come out and the tooth no longer had an upper molar to assist it in function. I arrived at the office an hour before my appointment. Their door was locked. I had not been informed that they only work till 1:00 pm on Friday, and then by appointment only. their staff and doc were awful!!!! very unprofessional and very rough!!!! I would never recommend anyone there ever 😡 the hygienist was the nicest and most professional person there and administration! but my doc and DA was pure crap🤬
After my amazing experience in Wisconsin several years ago, I was elated to find that Aspen Dental was also in Texas! Unfortunately, this feeling quickly deflated. I have dentures and went in for a check up and possible reline. I was with the doctor a total of >5 minutes. He looked only at my bottom plate and NOTHING ELSE. He then told me two things. 1.
