Dental care was not a priority with my parents. My memories of dental work are horrible. Aspen Dental personnel were beyond nice. They genuinely cared about each of my concerns! They even brought a blanket to me when I was cold. Tiffany (sp) treated me like I was a friend and not just another patient. She took extra time to explain fees. The entire office treated me like a person and not just another dollar sign! Aspen dental sucks! All they want is your money. Please please do not go here. 3000.00 dollars later and that's with insurance!! My dentures don't fit they lied the office manager is a total bitch who thinks she knows everything! I will be calling their coporate office read the reviews if ya don't believe me! They have been sued so many times. Go on Google and see for yourself.
Out to get your money anyway possible! Do not use them!

Dr. Hessian was abusive, I was screaming in pain because I was not numb and his assistant help my hands down while he continued to pull my wisdom tooth out till I grabbed him and made him stop, what a joke and I'm getting a lawyer. Someone is already to take the case of patient misconduct.
Surgically extracted my wisdom tooth informed me it was really inside the root but gave me ibuprofen 800 MG for aftercare I was in pain everytime I breathed so I called and they told me the dentist was sticking to his treatment plan because my surgery wasn't invasive enough? My wife called for a extraction 2 hours later they finally removed tooth but refused to give her anything other then motrin for pain i wouldn't of let her spend money to remove the tooth if i knew she was still going to be in pain this place is a joke and a rip off Don't do it Go somewhere else if u wanna be stuck in pain

So this was not my first visit to this Aspen however it was my first visit since the doctor's changed and office staff changed. I must say "I WILL NEVER GO BACK!" I had called to schedule an appointment for a filling. the tooth that was bothering me the decay was visible to me so I wanted to take care of it.
