Absolutely would never recommend this place to anyone. Tried to get me to finance 75K for permanent dentures, saying that to fix my teeth would cost even more and it was the better option since I have dental anxiety. When I asked how much to fix just the 2 teeth I needed I was told be prepared to pay 9K or maybe more when they started if it was worse than they thought. In my 10 plus years on FB, I cannot recall ever leaving a negative review. Aspen Dental - Waco, TX I broke a back molar while on vacation. I called Aspen while still on vacation and they provided me with a 7am appt Monday morning when I returned. I was so thankful for their urgency. I went in that morning (11/31) and they did some work on it, created a mold and provided me with a temporary crown. The temp crown came off 3x in the first 2 days. First visit for consultation and xrays lasted 4 hours. Second time I had a cleaning , upon arrival, told I did not have an appointment. I had my card , so received cleaning. Scheduled another cleaning in 6 months. Arrived at office, was told I did not have an appointment and that they did not have a hygienist and did not know when they would. on previous cleanings there were 2 hygienist working. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE period!. They tried to force me into have unnecessary procedures before my $2k in crowns were done. I complained they refused service. Got corporate involved. An appointment was made after 4 messages were left-corporate had to help me. 2 days before going in for 2 crowns i get a call that the dr had a family emergency and wont be there on friday-7/1. I came in on 3/22/22 needing dentures. The initial visit went well enough. Afterwards, I went into their office area to discuss financing (I have dental insurance and Care Credit), they decided that I didn't have enough to cover the procedure so they signed me up with Genesis Credit for the work. Avoid at all costs. They happily take advantage of people under duress. I can't believe they haven't been investigated for criminal fraud and scamming. Oh, they will be soon.
