I’ve have been jumping through the hoops of Aspen Dental Warner Robins for 2 weeks. I have been lied to many times. The girls at the front that I have talked to, so rude! Don’t waste your time. They have a excuses for why they can’t do work, make appointments, or be helpful. They have nasty attitudes, rude, unpleasant, should I just say C- all of the above. Just don’t do it. Not with Aspen Dental of Warner Robins!!!!

I have been to 4 different dental offices in the past few years... Aspen dental will be my last, because they are simply amazing! They do amazing work & truly care about their patients. I always feel so welcomed when I walk through the doors. Highly recommend Aspen dental in WR! Dr.Pickard & all staff are truly amazing!

Nothing like waiting 2 months for the day to be seen and then you get a cowardly text of all things to let you know your appointment has been canceled just hours before you were to be seen. My wife has been waiting for 4 months and this is now the second time this has happened and it’s been rescheduled after months of waiting. Hopefully other people see this and take their business elsewhere, I know I sure will!!!
This place is a complete rip off. My mom came in with a chipped tooth and left out with the same issue. The worse part she left with a printout of over 15k in dental work but her main issue not even addressed!!! They are more about scheming to get other things done and not fixing the chief complaint!!!

My husband and I had consultation appointments about 4 weeks ago. When we get there, the receptionist told me my appointment had been cancelled because I didn’t confirm the appointment, (no one called to confirm the appointment with me), despite having received a text that same day just 4 hours earlier saying what time my appointment was and what time to come in so that I could get the paperwork done. Check their appointment calendar when appointment is confirmed by patient. Don't send to a fill in Dentist that can not do the work. (needed stitches out and got all the way up to Macon --round trip 1 hour- just to hear "Ï don't do that".)
Dentist was rude, would not listen to my needs..bottom line they were going to charge well over $6,000 for a crown..because according to them I needed other work done before they would give me my crown, like $2000 of cleaning I did not want... nope do not recommend.
I'll not ever use them or recommend them. I went in, walkin from the street, with crippling pain in my mouth. Face was swollen and hurting. After FInALLY talking to someone at the front desk, she gave me paperwork to fill out, and once I finished it told me I would have to wait and see if one of the new patients didn't show for their appointment. this was about 1:30 pm, the appointment was about 1:45 that I could fill. at 2 pm I asked was I going to be able to be worked in, and I was told sorry, the patient came in, but they... read more
