Very dodgy when it comes to the warranty and very complicated when getting the adjustments. Been 4 mos working on fitment and still no luck. Just got off the phone with a representative and the representative didn’t want to answer straight forward questions with straight forward answers. I explained we had 2 mos left on the warranty and asked if it isnt right by then - what do we need to do to extend the warranty or do we need to get a refund and start over. This place is a complete JOKE. I was quoted almost $1k for wisdom teeth removal, after insurance. I paid half when I scheduled it with the remaining due the day of. That morning, I was called THREE times, changing my appointment time. Finally get to the office, expecting to pay the other half and was told I only owed $300 not $500. On my EOB from my insurance, my OOP should have only been around $500. The facility OWES me $395 and I can't get anyone to talk to me about reimbursing me. As of today, 8/23/2031 I was informed that either I stop posting negative reviews about my real experiences that I have had with this company or they will not service me as a patient for the service (Invisalign) I have paid in advance in full for. I loved that I was worked in last Monday and they were able to get me in so quickly to have my wisdom teeth removed. HOWEVER I called Friday (in horrible pain!), no call back. Got an email from the Mgr just asking about service provided, left her a voicemail. No call back! I just wished they followed on on post op patients a little better. When I worked at an ENT office our surgery staff would check on patients the next day, that’s patient care, above and beyond! First time patient. Had a scheduled appointment for the 17th of Feb. at 2:15. Arrived 15 minutes early per their request. signed in and took a seat. At 3:45 no one had said anything to me and I was thinking maybe I should be filling out new patient info so I inquired with the receptionist how much longer it might be. They said I should have all of my teeth pulled. Other Dentist were shocked at Aspens evaluation.

Sheila is the ONLY reason I would go back. she was a great nurse. she made me comfortable in a time of pain and great anxiety. However. the front desk staff..unacceptably rude. the first girl acted like because I wanted to sign in for my appointment and make her get up out of her chair she was offended. i asked for a mask..and she acted like i was speaking a foreign language. she had to get the second receptionist to get me a mask.
