Sadly this is the only one in my insurance in Warner Robins, but I would venture to say that the drive somewhere else might just be worth the trouble. I had an appointment last two Fridays ago and got there a bit early to make sure I had time to fill the patient forms. I guess they're short-staffed since there was no one at the front desk, but I could see someone in the back talking. I need someone from the top to call me....after spending thousands, every visit gets worse. Today was unacceptable.
After being rescheduled by Aspen Dental, I got to the office and I waited an hour to be called back to have my teeth cleaned! After my cleaning I had to wait around twenty minutes for the doctor to come in and look in my mouth. I have never had to wait so long and they never apologized or even explained the situation!
Staff was very family but seem in a rush upon closing....
Very poor experience. I got rescheduled after having to wait 2 months for a check up. When I actually did get into the office the dental hygienist was not in so I ended up only seeing the dentist and gettimg scheduled for a second visit. For a company that uses automated appointments I was completely dissatisfied. My time was wasted twice.
I have type 2 Diabetes... I am always please with how I am treated at the Warner Robins office...I did take a friend to the Macon office and it was awful..they did not know what they were doing..they were rude..gave no information on financing...I will always go to the Warner Robins office...
They literally scheduled me for a day that they were closed, and called the day of to cancel my appointment. They lied on the phone and said they had called on a few days before to let us know, but on the day they said they called they had actually sent a confirmation email of my appointment. Don't waste your time with this place. Even if the care is good the customer service is terrible and they'll probably just cancel your appointment.
For one thing several of the girls have visible tattoos. Which I'm my opinion is very unprofessional. I was asked to come in an hour and a half early only to wait till my original scheduled time. Really made me mad. I probably will not be going back.
