Had an appointment for 10:15am, after waiting for 30 minutes I went to the front desk to ask how much longer. It was going to be another 20 mins and there were more patients ahead of me in the back. I will not be rescheduling here. Either set expectations upfront that patients should plan on 2-3 hours for a 6 month checkup appointment, or work on your scheduling process to be more efficient.

I was a brand new customer. After X-rays and exam the office manager went over the cost for the work needed. I noticed my copayment was inaccurate and told them I wanted to call my insurance company before payment was made. Insurance confirmed they were charging me triple the amount. I called back and shared this with the office manager who said she would call my insurance company to resolve. I have an infection and need this resolved before coming back.
