Went for an evaluation was given a huge list of what needs done. One thing on the list was a root canal so I set up to see an outside endodontist. I had come back to aspen after being proscribed antibiotics from them because the infection was not gone. I called the day before and was told by the manager it would be no cost. I get there and was told right off the bat I owe money, because I "refused service" and it's my fault I still have the infection. Had an appointment for 10:15am, after waiting for 30 minutes I went to the front desk to ask how much longer. It was going to be another 20 mins and there were more patients ahead of me in the back. I will not be rescheduling here. Either set expectations upfront that patients should plan on 2-3 hours for a 6 month checkup appointment, or work on your scheduling process to be more efficient.

I was a brand new customer. After X-rays and exam the office manager went over the cost for the work needed. I noticed my copayment was inaccurate and told them I wanted to call my insurance company before payment was made. Insurance confirmed they were charging me triple the amount. I called back and shared this with the office manager who said she would call my insurance company to resolve. I have an infection and need this resolved before coming back.
