Haven't been there in over a year and a half and still getting mail that I am being charged for things when I last vacated them I had this issues and paid off everything and asked if I was all cleared and had nothing left to pay and still getting bills. Please Caplin how that works. Also all the work that was done lasted about three moths before there was some kind of error they need to do a deeper dive into the type of people they hire.

TOTAL RIP OFF - their compressive free exam comes with a $165 bill. I told Aspen front desk. I only want your free exam. I told them I do not want to be billed afterwards. Aspen front desk stated in clear concise terms that the exam is free. Aspen front desk said they'll submit to my insurance and accept in full any or if no insurance payment. Do not use. They send you bills ignoring your insurance. You can't get a hold of their accounting department. I've tried several times getting put on hold for 45 minutes. Their own office can't get ahold of their own accounting department. Then they turn you over to a collection company. They are absolutely pathetic

HUGE MISTAKE switching my family to them. They improperly billed my insurance (Aetna) and we're still battling it six months later. I called them -- you're talking to someone in corporate who knows where. I called Aetna. Aetna FREQUENTLY gets complaints about them, knew the number, and called them WHILE I WAS ON HOLD. Aetna thought they fixed the problem. Nope. Came back again. Myself and Aetna did this ALL OVER AGAIN. Nope. Now they're sending my 20-yr-old son COLLECTIONS bills for THEIR ERROR! I arrived for an appointment and they had a sign posted saying their system was down and they were closed. Which wouldn't have bugged me except I didn't get any kind of message or hint that they were closed or wouldn't be available, and I specifically made an appointment here because I've had an ongoing toothache and really needed someone to look at it. I do not plan on coming here again.

I have received numerous bills from Aspen that are incorrect and I was assured the issue would be fixed with their billing team and I would receive a call 9nceyhe claims were adjusted to reflect them as In Network which Aspen also assured me of before I made the appointments (I also confirmed with my dental insurance as well)...that was almost a year ago and still I am receiving not only bills showing all of these claims processing as out of network still!!but they are threatening collections which I cannot afford...I tried ... read more

I went back in July for evaluation and we scheduled a cleaning/scaling. I spoke with someone who claimed to be the office/billing manager. we set up prepayment for the cleaning and scaling, she quoted me at roughly $800 and I said I can't do that. after some adjustments, I paid roughly $307 for that days visit and the follow up. The follow up was super painful and they conrinued on despite me asking for the novocain injection . I told her to stop and I left. If I could give this place any less stars I would. The most UNPROFESSIONAL place. Every appointment you're there for 3+ hours, and that's if they even keep the appointment you make. Two of my appointments got canceled (one without any notification). When I showed up for the rescheduling, I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room with absolutely NO ONE at the front desk for over a half an hour. I walked out. Absolutely ridiculous (and that's coming from someone in the service industry). On a positive note, Sarah was great.

Went for an evaluation was given a huge list of what needs done. One thing on the list was a root canal so I set up to see an outside endodontist. I had come back to aspen after being proscribed antibiotics from them because the infection was not gone. I called the day before and was told by the manager it would be no cost. I get there and was told right off the bat I owe money, because I "refused service" and it's my fault I still have the infection.
