This appointment was for my mom. The staff was very friendly, but the wait was very long! When I called and asked about denture prices, the call center gives a completely different price then when you’re sitting there. Like a $7000 difference. I understand that any business tries to get their customers to buy the most expensive, but when it’s an elderly person they should consider what their financial situation is first. We managed to come up with a decent price range, I guess we will see how the rest of these visits go.

I don't usually waste my time writing reviews but the service was so poor I feel obligated to other people to make sure they don't have similar experiences. My wife scheduled to get a teeth cleaning. Even though she had a full set of x-rays in the last year from another facility they said it was still necessary to get another set. I love the Waukesha office! The one and only problem was that I had a problem with the office manager, which I did not appreciate at all! It irritates me when people think that just because they're the office manager that they know what they're talking about and she obviously did not but she was exceptionally rude the last time I was in there (not this last time-the time before). I've been there for two hours and got nothing besides Xray!! I had an appointment for teeth cleaning and did not get any. First I was waiting for whole hour for Xray. Then Doctor checked my Xrays and said that I'll see hygeniest. I was waiting for another hour and they send me for billing consultation. And as appeared they have one hygeniest who booked till october ( funny enough my husband made appointment for me and himself two weeks ago and they weren't booked! The staff are friendly and helpful. All are very knowledgeable, and very willing to answer all questions.
The staff is nice and very kind. However, I went there for a broken wisdom tooth. Normally it would have been removed but all I got was X-rays and an exam. After my exam I was sent to talk to someone about what the pricing would be and they did not have them available for me at that time. They asked me to come back later. I called later to see if the pricing was available and it wasn't. It's been over 24 hours since and I still haven't heard anything and I'm still left with my broken wisdom tooth in my mouth.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 It is now 3:25 and there are 3 people ahead of me. The waiting room is full, I think they've over booked.
I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Aspen Dental ... everyone at the Waukesha office is awesome and very friendly!!!! Dr. Teske is the BEST dentist I have ever seen and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a dentist!!!
i got the free x rays & exam-- paid upfront to have a tooth pulled($135) the dentist said the tooth was loose--but-she could not remove it!--(didn't try too hard)--then she broke it into 3 pieces& took it out that way-one piece at a time. she called it surgical and charged me $236 more!! sad to say - but on the bill print out - it shows the time of the print out!!! it was printed out before the job was finished!!! the extra cost was planned ahead!!!
