It has just been 24 hours since my surgery and full dentures, and I couldn't be happier. Of course there is a substantial healing time, but even now I can smile with so much more confidence! I had to have 8 upper teeth removed before I could get my denture. I would not want ANY other dentist but Dr. Tesla. She likes doing this and is so good that I was in the chair less than an hour and felt NO pain. Not even the injections to numb it. She was not in any hurry and let the topical & local anesthetic do their job. I would not recommend this location as the front desk staff are unprofessional, as well as the office manager who is never Available when requested. The owner Allison does not take responsibility for work that her staff provides even after I mentioned it is not to my satisfaction. I ended up ending my treatment and going to an orthodontist to correct the mess Aspen was going to leave me with. I would think twice before letting them touch your smile.
Avoid this office. I requested an appointment to deal with a cracked tooth. After waiting 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment I finally saw a dentist! He did his exam, suggested follow up treatment and then informed me he didn’t have time to address the cracked tooth. On my records going to another office, they gave the wrong tooth that needed extraction! I’m done with them!
I will be reporting this place to the dsps dental examining board in Wisconsin for your unethical treatment of my son. He had a tooth extracted. You cracked another now you’re holding warranty treatment hostage. Your people harrassed him for additional treatment after the extraction. My daughter in law witnessed the treatment. Now his appointment has been canceled by your office yet again till he puts $100 up front for something you guys did. Unreal
