So, i got dentures from here a while back. I had an appointment today to get an adjustment because the teeth no longer fit, and they told me i need an exam beforehand, and they cannot get me in. This is not the first time this has happened either, all this place cares about is money, and not the health of your teeth. Please go elsewhere!

Very poor service! Drove 23 miles for my 1st appointment w/ Aspen, only to find out that dental cleaning won't be done due to the fact that there's no availble slot, well you reserve my slot before hand, was told that they left a voicemail, but my dear, I receive like 10-20 VM a week for spam VMs but hence you should have sent a text message or email to confirm since people gets busy too. What a waste!
Very poor service. I never see the same hygienist. During this last visit, I waited an hour past my appointment time. I have been here 3 times and this will be my ladt

I have been here four times with my husband. I have not seen the dentists here though he has. He says they are nice enough however... I have never been to a dental office where so many people have stopped in to ask/complain about hidden charges and false estimates. Every visit, at least 6 people came in solely to question and complain. Every person who came in while I was waiting either walked out after refusing further treatment for being double billed, or argued for ten or more minutes about hidden billing before sitt... read more
Don't bother going to Aspin....Spent 2 Hrs. with the dentist, filling fell our in 1 hr. Had to go to another Dental Clinic.

Long wait time.....and they always try to up-sell me a service. Made me feel like I was going to lose all my teeth this year if I did not take theirr plan. Staff was good but the marketing part is offensive. Ya...they said no presure....however,....to ones who do not understand selling and a bit of bs factored in...I'm sure they would fall for it without a second or third opinion. This appointment was for my mom. The staff was very friendly, but the wait was very long! When I called and asked about denture prices, the call center gives a completely different price then when you’re sitting there. Like a $7000 difference. I understand that any business tries to get their customers to buy the most expensive, but when it’s an elderly person they should consider what their financial situation is first. We managed to come up with a decent price range, I guess we will see how the rest of these visits go.
