Yesterday I went to Aspen Dental in West Burlington, Iowa. I went in for the initial free consultation and was very happy when I left. The staff did x-rays and looked over my teeth. They were friendly and professional. They talked to me about my insurance and possible financing. I was very pleased.
Seems like an awful long road for the grand finale but worth it. The girls are fabulous. Doc Do did great work with all the adjustments and my pickiness. Scheduling was perfect.

Office management is ridiculous. Total lack of follow through, no communication with the patients, and total lack of accountability for their inaction. Very flawed system that blames the patients for their own mistakes.
RecommendedWe had our first appt yesterday. The staff was amazing!! They were so polite, and FUNNY!! Dr Patel made us feel like we had been friends for years! Karla sat us down and went over all of the procedures and fees for our upcoming surgery so that we know what to expect. So many doctors offices give you a vague answer when discussing fees and charges but I walked out with a full estimate.
