I went to Aspen and had two cavities filled but they drilled to close to the nerve. One of the two teeth filled started hurting and I could not eat. Went to get it removed and was told they could pull it in 26 days. The day before my appointment they called and said it needs to be rescheduled. I have waited in pain for 25 days and they want me to wait again. They caused the situation and want me to wait after charging me $84 to set an appointment 26 days later. I will admit, I was very impressed they were able to get me into an appt the same week I called. And I was also impressed with the gal we talked to about payments (she was friendly and understanding). However, past that, not a good experience. We were scheduled for a Saturday, my wife at 10:15 AM and mine at 11 AM. We have two young kids (2 years and 8 months) that we had to bring along. Sure, I'll give a review. Is it possible to give less than 1 star? Because that's what is needed here. Go in for a tooth ache. Dentist comes in, looks at it, confirms it is an issue and there is an infection being caused by it. Then, instead of recommending action for that tooth, carries on about wanting to pull 5 different teeth instead. Four being my wisdom teeth, which came in perfect nearly 35 years ago and are causing zero problems (confirmed by 4 other dentists). Plus a crown that is not causing any issues. I liked that my first visit for X-rays and such were free, but they forgot to put our name on the prescription they wrote for us for an infection & now we're stuck high and dry until tomorrow because everything is closed today... not really sure how you forget to put the patients name on the prescription, kind of really important.
Last visit was much better in terms of customer service than the previous ones.
Went with wife today 8:45 appointment 9:00 went back to car to finish coffee 9:25 seen her walk by 9:31 really. I guess if you are a patient your time is not important! !!!!!! Told her go to Iowa city. Oh she got bottom temporary parcels & lost 17 lbs. because they didn't fit right. They broke & were patched still didn't fit hope her permanent ones fit better. They do things that aren't required,just to run the price up.Compared to other dentists,they suck.And the place is nasty.If You like a dentist that drills,and drills,and drills,and drills ,and just when think He's done,comes back,and drills some more. Then ask for Dr. Duy Do.
