Made an appointment to get a cap put on after a root canal I had done in Iowa City. I called two weeks ahead of time to make the appointment. I was told by the dentist on the day of my appointment that he "didn't want to do it today and come back tomorrow." I had taken the day off work to have this done, and never got it done. I wasted over 2 hours at Aspen to have literally nothing done. Any other dentist office in Burlington is better than Aspen. I've never had a worst experience anywhere else in my life.

SERIOUSLY... DO NOT go there !!!! I had eight teeth extracted there... costing me nearly $6,000.... filed the insurance claims.... NEITHER dental insurance ( for extractions) ... nor medical insurance (for anesthesia) covered ANY OF IT !!! ( NOT CODED CORRECTLY !!!! ) That much money for 8 teeth... AND... they gave me "Doggy Dentures".

I went to them to have my top teeth pulled and a top plate made, the office girls were pleasant, however the dentist is a jerk! It cost me $3000., plus whatever the insurance paid. On the visit prior to my receiving my teeth, I was conned into signing a paper that said I would take the teeth no matter what! Office staff good dentist has bad people skills had lots of work done filling hurts more now then before he filled it partials don't fit right bad place to deal with

Complete morons, told the dentist with the personality of a wet sponge 3 times which tooth I needed pulled. He shot me full of pain killer then pulled the wrong tooth! I will never spend another dime there

I took my son to Aspen Dental on 1/2/2014 for a routine check up and cleaning. We had never been to Aspen before but they were covered by our insurance (Sunlife Dental) so we thought we would give them a shot. At the end of May I received a statement saying that we owed the full balance ($308) for the visit. Horrible. Great people, very nice but really? The doctor goes to lunch and leaves you in the chair? Ok, come back in a half hour, wait another half hour get seen, 10 min, then go wait another hour, which takes an hour and a half.......... been here since 10:30am, no teeth pulled ( already done) , xrays and an exam and impressions, 4 1/2 hours and still not done. RIDICULOUS. ! And two more apointments this week? Go to your regular dentist, less frustrating, and just as quick overall, and way cheaper!
