I was real nervous after making my appointment when I read the reviews BUT something has changed. Maybe staff teeth are very sensitive since I broke my jaw and Dr. Santiago and her assistant, I think Megan maybe Kelly I’m so so sorry for my short term memory ! She knows who I’m talking about. They pulled out my broken tooth and made me very comfortable ! The first and second poke to numb me is usually painful for me. I barely felt it. Thank you so much ! My dentist was great and honest. I really enjoyed him. I also enjoyed the dental assistant and hygienist. The only issue I have is that they didn't honor the prices set by the discount plan that I have and that they take and they tried to sneak some extra charges on the bill that I caught and had them remove before I paid and left. I feel I've been overcharged, but I'll return for the services I've already paid for. Not sure I'll be back after that appointment, though.
The doctor was great and the staff was too. Marie was so very helpful and saved me a lot of money on billing. Thanks to all
