It was an emergency appointment to be worked in while driving my big rig through Des Moines, IA. They got me in, took a full X-ray screen and seen by the Dentist named Steven and confirmed it was an abscessed tooth, got a prescription for antibiotics and sent on my way. Oh yes, they said there was no charge for the service! Great folks to see!

I felt like I was buying a car at a "buy here pay here" lot instead of going to a dentist. When I called to make an appointment, I was completely misled. I told them I broke a part of my tooth off and I wanted a place that could immediately get it fixed because my regular dentist wasn't available for over 2 weeks. They took X-rays and examined my tooth. I was then taken to the "finance" department where I was asked how I would like to pay what my insurance didn't cover. Really?? when I called to make an appointment the gal I spoke to said something about a coupon that would make my first visit free for being a new costumer (I was confused) but went with it. arrived. was handed paperwork, filled it out. when I was taken back for x-rays the lady asked if I wanted a thorough exam (if so it would all be free) or if I wanted to focus on the tooth that was bothering me (may I add the tooth I came for was so absesed my face was swollen from infection) I didn't have any money at the time so agreed to the fu... read more

care about your clients, be upfront about the actual cost of services before you perform them, after care and when adjustments are needed actually DO something. These people are a joke. would never recommend these scammers

I wasn’t happy with my visit. I went in with severe tooth pain and left with severe tooth pain. Nothing done due to not have finances. I would be more satisfied if they had payment plan options without sining up for credit cards etc.

Not very happy with my visit today. I understand that they were busy. After my daughter's check up, I needed to schedule a clean for my daughter and pay for a bill. They told me to wait until they got off the phone, but then someone walked in, and they helped that person before me. The worker then continued to make phone calls rather than helping me. At this point, I was upset and walked out.

I only give a fair review as I was not happy with the staff. The best one was Kat, who did the financial part. She was kind and understanding. The rest of the staff, not so much... I had, as I always do, fear and uneasiness from the exray to the extraction. They did not give me any instructions for after care except hand me a piece of paper and sent me on my way. The exray person made me feel like I was interrupting her day and shamed me about exposing her to the exray. A little kindness and understanding goes a long way. No... read more
