I couldn’t have been more pleased with my visit to aspen Dental. I was kindly greeted when I arrived and promptly taken care of after signing in. The wonderful woman who took my x-rays was so kind and energetic. That kind of energy normally doesn’t exist in any kind of doctors office. I had a very good experience with the office in West Des Moines. They were very busy but spent the time to answer all my questions. They were not AT ALL pushy with procedures just to make money which I have had from some dental offices. Kat was great, the gal (sorry do not remember her name) that did X-rays was terrific and the doc was very personal and honest with me. I would give this office a 10 out of 10!

Dr Joseph and the group running the office now are fantastic. Much different from the high pressure sales of 3 years ago which made me hesitant to go back. But I had a dental emergency and I had to go there. Im so glad I did. I’ll keep up with my checkups as long as the office stays as friendly and wonderful as it is now.
Very pleasant experience. The staff is laid back and friendly. The dentist is hilarious yet professional. My wife used to be a dental assistant, so I have spent my fair share of time in a dental clinic. Aspen staff was TERRIFIC. PS. They also did a fine job working with the financial aspect of the work. I recommend them 100 percent.

Formanek guy is awesome! He used to be at the Ankeny location which was a shorter drive for my husband and I but then we found out he moved to the West Des Moines location. We now only go to the West Des Moines location. Longer drive but it's worth it to have Formanek as our dentist!
