The service and care I got is better than any other place I have been. I scheduled my appointment 6 months in advance, and it got bumped (by them) the week of the appointment... then the rescheduled appointment was 2 months later, which they also canceled 2 days before I was going in. When I finally got in it was excellent.
Had a horrible experience with the manager of the office. Dentist was friendly and made things ok but the manager Kat would not listen to me when I know what my insurance covers..she was rude to my insurance provider when calling them. Insisted I pay way more than what I was responsible for..said if I didn't have the root canal procedure that day then they would not write script for antibiotic or anything for the tooth. Deceptive advertising on TV as to $400 dentures - it is a bait and switch. Other than that, the visit was good - staff was professional and friendly.
well it was a pleasant experience. The only problem i have is the person i was there to talk with wasnt there when it was my turn to speak with them. So i told them to call me and im still waiting to hear from them. Maybe its because i will be paying for this out of pocket. I guess money doesnt mean as much as insurance does.
