The staff is awesome! Dr Tappe is great!!! She's very caring and makes sure to do everything she can to make you comfortable. Dail is the best hygienist I've ever had. Everyone has been the best.
waited 40 minutes past my appointment with no communication other than being told "Just a couple more minutes" people were coming in after my appointment and were being seen quickly. Definitely will be finding somewhere else to go.

Put bridge in wrong so it's been loose ever since it's been put in, wiggles like a loose baby tooth when I eat, brush my teeth and push my tongue against it, bridge bleeds when I clean food particles out of the gap between gum and bridge. They make sensitive gums more sensitive and sore and make gums bleed too. Very snobby, say "oh there's nothing wrong it's fine. There's no wiggles or looseness from the bridge". Don't care about gagging reflux and doesn't stop when I need to gag.
Aspen dental is unorganized, incompetent and does not keep you informed about your own care. I would not recommend nor would I go back, I have cancelled all further work with them. UPDATE* I went to a real dentist today to fix what Aspen Dental has done to me and they were appalled at the mess they have made of my mouth. It will cost me a fortune just to repair what they have done to me. Never ever ever go here! It is not cheaper and will cost you more in the long run!

shady place!They keep changing the treatment plan on me and everytime they printed out the plan they raised the amount on what I have to pay.I did not have insurance at the time I had made a plan for them but once I got the dental insurance, the person at the reception will take back the old old plan from me and give me same plan but the amount of the treatment plan will changed big time now that I have the insurance.Last week they did the deep cleaning and only did half job on my mouth they charge me half of the cost... read more
why schedule an appointment for them to cancel it on you?! Even though I was there 20 mins BEFORE my scheduled time, can't go in building because of covid, so I'm on HOLD for almost 10 minutes.... probably on hold while they're filing my spot! I then wait another 10-15 mins, get inside for her to say "oh we actually cancelled your appointment and can't see you today. " frustrated isn't even the word. They provide great care but their billing practices are borderline fraud. They scheduled my appointments so that they were too close together and now I'm stuck with a bill that insurance won't pay!

I’ve never written a negative review before which is saying something, but if I could give this place zero stars, I would. Terrible experience getting my wisdom teeth removed, then they want to scam me for money over 3 years later even though I paid my part of the bill at the initial visit. Apparently, they never followed through with my dental insurance and now my insurance is refusing to pay because you can’t process a bill over 3 years old. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DENTAL OFFICE. The worst dental experience I have ever had by a long shot. And I came in for a regular teeth cleaning- was upsold over and over. Don't get me started on the staff, particularity the front desk. Incomprehensibly rude.
